Credit packs
A credit is one AI answer - three when a harder model or the answer-checker has to run. Packs top up a student who has hit their monthly cap, or a teacher plan whose pool has run out before the month did.
Check before you buy
Most TutorTwin subscriptions have no monthly credit cap at all. If the assistant is still answering, there is nothing to top up. Teachers can see exactly what is left of their pool in the teacher portal, and students are told in the chat when they are running low.
Pick a pack
Prices are in rupees. Pack credits stay until they are used.
Top up
Credits are added the moment the payment clears.
What a credit actually is
Do I need a pack?
Only if you have actually run out. Most TutorTwin subscriptions have no monthly credit cap, and the assistant simply keeps answering. Teachers on a tutor plan do have a pool, and it is the one that most often runs dry - the portal shows what is left of it.
What uses a credit?
One credit per answer, three when a harder model or the answer-checker has to run. For a teacher, the worksheets, lesson plans and practice tasks generated in the portal come out of the same pool.
Do pack credits expire?
No. A monthly allowance resets every 30 days, but pack credits sit there until they are used - and the allowance is always spent first, so a pack is never burned while there is a free allowance left.
Whose number do I enter?
The number the credits are for, and it has to be on TutorTwin already: a student with a chat running, or a teacher taking students. We will not sell credits onto a number nobody has.
