A tutor plan gives you seats for the students you already teach and a pool of AI credits to teach with. Each student gets their own WhatsApp chat with an AI study assistant set up in your style - and you read those chats, reply in them, and set the work.
What the AI does in your name
The assistant answers your students in your teaching style. It tells them it is an AI, and it never claims to be you. You can read every chat and reply in it, which is why the portal asks you to confirm the student or their parent agreed before you add them.
This is not a listing on our teachers page and not a marketplace. Nobody is sent to you - you bring the students you already teach, and what you are buying is the tooling to teach more of them without being awake for all of it.

One, three or six months - every term the same size. You pay from My plan inside the portal, signed in as yourself.
Add your students
Name, WhatsApp number, and your confirmation that they agreed to you reading. The assistant says hello to them straight away.
Teach through it
It answers round the clock in your style. You read every chat, reply, set practice, and a report goes to the parent each Sunday.

Seats and credits
Two numbers decide what a plan can do: how many students you can carry at once, and how much thinking the assistant can do for them each month.
A seat is one student
You add them by WhatsApp number from the portal. They get the assistant for as long as your plan runs - they do not pay anything, they do not install anything, and they do not need an account. Release the seat and the student comes back to you - one seat, one student, 30 credits a month of their own.
A student who already pays for TutorTwin keeps their own plan, stays linked to you, and releases the seat back to your pool. That costs you nothing and does not count as a swap.
A credit is one AI answer
One credit per answer, three when a harder model or the answer-checker has to run. Every plan carries 750 credits a month shared across your students, capped at 30 each so one student cannot drain it. Worksheets, lesson plans and the practice you assign come out of the same pool; a student replying DONE to a task costs nothing at all.
Top up any time with a credit pack - pack credits do not expire when the cycle resets.
Inside the portal
What you actually get to do
None of this is visible from outside, so here it is in full. The portal is on the web; your students never see it and never need an account of their own.
- Every student's chat, from the day you added them
- Not a summary - the actual conversation, with the photos, PDFs and voice notes in it. Voice notes are transcribed, so you can read a student's question instead of playing it.
- Reply as yourself, from the portal or from WhatsApp
- Your message lands in the student's chat clearly marked as from you, never as the AI. You can answer from your own WhatsApp too - text back the alert and it reaches them.
- Send a photo, a PDF or a voice note back
- A worked solution photographed off your notebook, a PDF of practice, or a voice note talking a student through a step. If the student is outside WhatsApp's 24-hour reply window we send them a notice and deliver your file the moment they write back.
- Alerts when a student actually needs you
- They get raised when a student types "ask my teacher", and when the assistant is not confident in its own answer - its checker disagreeing with it, or it saying outright that it cannot do something. A second ask within half an hour joins the same alert rather than sending you another, so you see one clear request, not five.
- Worksheet generator and lesson plans
- Give it a topic, a grade or board, a difficulty and a count. The worksheet comes back as text you can send straight to a student; the lesson plan stays in the portal for you.
- Practice and tests you assign
- Set a student a task with a due date. It arrives in their chat, they reply DONE when they have finished - no AI call and no credit for that - and you see it marked done. If it is still open the evening before it is due, they get a reminder.
- A weekly report to the parent
- Sent on Sunday: questions asked that week, the subjects they came from, tasks completed, and whatever note you left for that student. It goes to the parent's number when you have one, otherwise to the student.
- Your plan, your seats and your credits on one screen
- Seats used against seats bought, credits left this cycle, swaps remaining, and the date the term ends - with the buttons to extend it or top up.

Before you buy
What this is not, and what it will not let you do
Most of these are limits on us rather than on you, and they are the reason a parent is willing to let this happen at all.
- This is not a listing, and nobody is sent to you
- You bring the students you already teach. The HumanAI Tutors page is a separate arrangement the NXTutors team sets up - email support@nxtutors.com if you want to be listed there as well.
- You see your own students, and only from the day you added them
- Not a word before it, and never another teacher's students. Their phone numbers are masked in your portal - you get a name and a chat, not a contact you could take off the platform.
- Contact details are blocked in both directions
- Phone numbers, email addresses and links to other chat apps are refused going each way, including a number split across two messages to get around it. Conversations with a child stay somewhere we can see them.
- The assistant is always an AI, in your style but never as you
- It tells students it is an AI and never signs as you. Every student is told before they are added that you can read and reply - which is why the portal makes you confirm they agreed.
- There are sane caps on messaging
- Up to 20 relayed messages per student per day, and at most two notices a day to a student who is outside WhatsApp's reply window. Enough to teach with; not enough to turn into a broadcast channel.
- Nothing renews by itself
- There is no standing instruction on your card. A term simply ends unless you buy another, and buying while one is still running adds the new term onto the end - you never lose days you have paid for.

Your account comes first, and it is free. We send a code to your WhatsApp number; you choose an email and a password; then you pick and pay for a plan inside your portal. Already have a login? Switch to I already have a login and go straight to your portal.
- Why a code as well as a password
- A teacher's WhatsApp number is not a secret - it is the one she gives her students. Sending a code to it proves you are the person holding the phone, which is the only thing that separates you from somebody who merely knows the number.
- You do not need an account first
- Creating one here is the whole of it - the code goes to whichever number you enter, and your account is made when you type it back. If somebody at NXTutors already set you up, this same form finishes it.
- The code is short-lived
- Fifteen minutes, one use, five attempts. Ask for another if it expires - you can also text LOGIN to our WhatsApp number to get one.
- Then you pay, not before
- Payment happens in My plan inside the portal. Nothing on this page charges you.
Being straight with you
Questions teachers ask
Do I have to pay before I can log in?
No - it is the other way round. You make your login first, for free, using a code we send to your WhatsApp number. Then you pick a term and pay from inside your portal. That order is raised for whoever is signed in, so nobody can buy a plan onto somebody else's account.
What is the difference between the one, three and six month plans?
Length, and nothing else. Every term carries the same 25 student seats, the same monthly credit pool and all the same Studio tools. You are choosing how long you want it for, not how big a practice you run.
Does buying a plan put me on the teachers page?
No. This is for students you already teach. The HumanAI Tutors page is a separate arrangement set up by the NXTutors team - email support@nxtutors.com if you want to be listed there as well.
Do my students need their own subscription?
No. A seat covers a student for as long as your plan runs. If a student already pays for TutorTwin themselves, they keep their own plan, they stay linked to you, and the seat goes back to your pool automatically - that costs you nothing and does not count as a swap.
Who answers my students, really?

What uses a credit?
One credit per answer, three when a harder model or the answer-checker has to run. Worksheets, lesson plans and the practice you assign also come out of your pool. A student replying DONE to a task costs nothing. When the pool is empty the assistant stops answering until the month resets or you top up - students paying for their own plan are unaffected.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Buy a credit pack from the credits page - it adds to your pool and does not expire with the cycle. You will also get a note in the portal before you get there, once the pool drops below a tenth of its size.
Can I move a seat to another student?
Yes. Release the seat in the portal and add somebody else. There is a limit of one swap per seat per month, so a plan cannot quietly serve ten times the students it was sold for.
Can my students send me voice notes and photos?
Yes, and you can send them back. Photos, worksheet PDFs and voice notes travel both ways, and voice is transcribed so you can read it. Everything a student sends is visible in their timeline in your portal.
What happens when the term ends?
Nothing renews by itself - there is no standing instruction on your card. When a plan ends, seated students lose that access until you buy again. Students paying for their own plan keep theirs, and your students and their history are still there when you come back.
